We provide many different services which have been categorised into the following PAYG structures. We also offer various support contracts for businesses but due to the possible complexities of these, it's preferable to call us to discuss your full requirements.

On-site General PC Support

Describes our most basic of services which includes nearly all issues relating to computer problems. We're here to help from 09:15 until late Monday to Friday. Priced at £35 per hour for home user and £40 per hour for businesses.

Remote PC Support

A more convenient method of resolving problems without an on-site visit. Providing you have a working broadband connection and a landline, we can normally take control of your PC within a few mouse-clicks. Completely secure too. Priced at £25 per hour for home user and normal hourly rates for businesses.

Virus/Adware/Spyware Removal

In the unfortunate event of your PC being infected, it is imperative they are removed quickly and effectively with no data loss or corruption. We are equipped with the most advanced tools and knowledge to perform this operation. Priced at £35 per PC for home user and normal hourly rates for businesses.

PC Tune Up

Consists of removing all unneccesary temporary files, removing old software that's no longer required, tweaking Windows services, cleaning the system registry, lowering memory usage, etc. In addition to this, we then run a professional defragmentation utility. We aim to restore the speed of the computer back to as fast as it was when first purchased (sometimes faster!). Priced at £45 in total for home user and normal hourly rates for businesses. Multiple PC tune-ups are half-price at an additional £22.50 per computer.

Full Windows Re-Install

This involves a complete re-install of Windows, driver downloads and installation, all Service Packs and Windows updates when either a complete catastrophe has occured or when you would simply like your PC to be restored to factory defaults. We also perform a FREE tune-up when complete and aim for most systems to be completed overnight. Priced at £70 in total for home user and normal hourly rates for businesses.

Data Recovery

We understand how important your data is and how catastrophic it is to lose it! This service is the most technically challenging of them all but we have an excellent success rate. We also offer a no-fix-no-fee on this service so if we are unsuccessful, there are no charges. Priced at £35 an hour for home user and normal hourly rates for businesses.

SMALL PRINT

A home user is a private individual who uses a computer at home for personal use only. A business user is an individual who uses a computer for business use either at home or at work.

Our minimum on-site charge is 1 hour regardless of time taken.

Charges are calculated at 15 minute increments, e.g. 1.25 hours is hourly rate * 1.25 or 1.75 hours is hourly rate * 1.75
